BGE will supply our customers with a predictable degree of uniformity and dependability at a satisfactory cost with a quality process conforming to our customer's requirements. BGE is versatile to change to meet our customers’ needs.
Our service is designed in compliance with the appropriate Australian and International Standards.
Our Quality Management System which is incorporated into our Work Health and Safety Management System shall be based upon the AS/NZS ISO 9001: 2015 requirements.
The attainment of these goals requires strong and responsive management with a united commitment from all staff.
To achieve this BGE will: Establish and communicate this quality Policy, Plan to achieve quality objectives, Support all aspects of this policy, implement, evaluate and continually improve.by:
- Communicate and work with our customers and fully understand their total requirements.
- Commit to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the management system.
- Reduce the number of valid recalls.
- Conduct no less than 5 audits in each quarter.
- Monitor and provide direction for improvements via the management review process on a regular basis.
- Communicate with and train all personnel to have the understanding and commitment to the quality process and requirements of BGE.
Part of the improvement process is a framework for the establishment and review of quality targets and objectives.
